希望本討論區會促進中文人類學界與全球人類學界的對話與關聯。目標要以中文為主討論所有關於人類學的話題。議題可包括比較具體的(譬如﹕研討會的廣告﹐新書的通知﹐等)﹐ 還有比較抽象的(譬如﹕中文學術界有何種本土性的人類學概念或者思想傳統? 西方來的人類學觀念被吸收到東方來﹐怎麼樣影響到當地的思想發展? 等等)。還要用英文翻譯來幫全球學術界認識到中文人類學界來的一些活動與議題。

We welcome you to join the Chinese Language Forum of the Open Anthropology Collective!

This forum is dedicated to fostering dialogue and improving connections between Chinese language anthropology and the global anthropological community. Our purposes include: using Chinese language to discuss all variety of anthropological matters. Topics may range from the more concrete (like conference or publication announcements, etc) to the more abstract (like discussions of traditions of anthropological thought indigenous to Chinese language communities, or of ways that anthropological ideas have circulated between Chinese and non-Chinese language communities, etc). We also will use English translation to assist in bringing to wider attention various activities and ideas that are circulating in the Chinese language anthropological community.
