my interests

I'm interested in sociological and anthropological researches upon partnerships in organisations, and what kind of informal knowledge is produced through interactions.
I read mainly around conversationnalists 's texts .I meet Rod Watson in Nice, last summer, and we talk about Harvey Sacks's life and work...
I had too contact with Paul Ten Have who write in french and is a very kind person.
In France, conversation analysis is'nt well known, like ethnomethodology. it's rather difficult too to get english or americans texts of american scientific reviews..
I should like to have contact with american authors who are interested in the same topic..
professionnal relationships's or formative practices 's issues..
( sorry for my english)
many thanks
