Last year I produced a capacity building strategy for the rural energy

agency of Madagascar, where I proposed donor cooperation instead of

allowing the agency to use donors against each other, predictably in vein.

I would love to hear from anybody of pursues anthropology of development

related to climate change. I believe that n mitigation such ethnographies are often

influential for social "co-benefits" and in adaptation a generally

absent pre-condition.
