Why, India may be the most interesting place in the world, ethnographically speaking. The cultural richness is astounding. Every anthropologist should be interested in India!

I did carry out brief research among pastoral groups, or breeders, in Gujarat and Rajasthan, and published a few articles about them. So I have both a specialized and general interest in India.
